Between 6:06PM - 6:19PM UTC, there was a spike in requests to Helix sites timing out. The issue lasted for approximately, 13 minutes after which it self-resolved. The issue was most likely from slowed service or unavailability of our runtime services. The solution was a more generous caching policy!
